About the client
Mega Mutual Fund -1 is the first mutual Fund managed by Mega Capital Limited and promoted by Mega Bank Ltd. It targets long term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related instruments and partly in fixed income securities. The fund’s philosophy is not to mirror the NEPSE but to create value by investing in just the right number of companies to make sure that the fund return beats the market returns.
Project requirements
The objective of the project was to create awareness among Nepali people about the launch of Mutual Fund and encourage every person to fill up IPO form for the same.

- Creating contextual and relevant communication messages across all the media channels including Radio advertisements, Newspaper Advertisements, Digital Advertising channels, etc.
- Work on Branding of the campaign with the integrated communication Strategy portraying catchy contemporary contents while maintaining their corporate brand personality.
- Determining the core value and purpose of the Campaign.

- Produced Jingle for Radio to position the Campaign among Nepali Audience with the help of contemporary genre and communication message.
- Worked on Newspaper ads for mass awareness about the campaign.
- Integrated Digital marketing was carried out with marketing in all the possible channels including facebook, instagram, google and other websites and news portals, popular in the nepali mass.
Results
- Mega Mutual Fund-1 became the first ever mutual fund to make a mark on the Nepalese share market with over subscription of 237% on its first ever mutual Fund.
- The digital marketing campaign was able to generate a total of 3,058,599 impressions and 1,9,915 unique reach from all around the country.
