About the client
Foodmandu is the first online food delivery platform in Nepal. With a customer base of 200k and growing, Foodmandu is one of the widest recognized brands in Kathmandu.
Project requirements
Foodmandu Online Food Festival (FOFF) is one of the biggest online food festivals in Nepal.
With this campaign, Foodmandu wanted to create hype about the food festival and increase audience engagement as well as create awareness about their launch in Pokhara.
This is the third time the online event was held.
Highlights
Challenges
- The client had just launched in a new market (Pokhara) and this was part of the event.
- A competitor had a similar campaign just before this campaign launch.
Solutions
- Created a digital marketing strategy for the event including the event mnemonic, and creatives for all platforms including Google and Facebook.
- Special focus was placed on the various in-app activities such as shake your phone, voucher hunt, etc. for which dedicated videos were created.
- Offline marketing creatives were designed via print ads.
Results
- The campaign was a huge success in creating awareness in the new market, as well as in terms of orders placed, impressions, and increase in social engagement.
