Foodmandu is one of Kathmandu’s most widely used food delivery service.
Project requirements
The Cheer Your Team campaign was Foodmandu’s campaign for the World Cup 2018.
The campaign included offers, discounts, giveaways, and prizes that needed to be marketed to all audiences to ensure maximum engagement, awareness, and sales.

Challenges
- There were a variety of offers and discounts, which needed to be marketed to the audience clearly without confusion.
- The campaign also needed to be carried out during the entire length of the World Cup.
- An additional feature was required in the website where customers could predict the winners for the day’s matches.
Solutions
- A fully fleshed out campaign plan was created including the schedule of all posts and ads for all platforms.
- Custom dynamic HTML ads were created for value meals, offers and beverages for the Google display network
- Ad spend and other details was also planned ahead.
- A landing page with all the latest offers, prizes, and combos. The process and rules for the prediction game was also explained.
Results
- The campaign was successful, and generated good engagements on the posts, especially the prediction ones.
- The landing page showed good traffic.
