Our Internship Hiring Process
We believe that every person joining ACT360 needs to have the right attitude and skill set. Due to this our hiring process is stringent and a little lengthy. However, if you do make it through, the benefits are significant.
Here’s how it works:
Application
We do not accept incomplete applications. A complete application is when you have filled and submitted the online form and provided all the necessary documents asked from you in our follow up email.
Assignment Submission
After you have submitted your online application, we will send you an assignment to assess your skill level. The due dates are usually 5 days from the day the assignment is sent.
Once we have assessed your assignment (which is usually 3 working days from the date of assignment submission), we will email you for a one-on-one interview provided you make it through this stage.
One-on-One Interview
This is a more formal discussion about what your expectations are from the internship. We will also set out our expectations from you.
Decision Day
The decision about whether you will be placed as an intern with us is usually done on the interview day. This may also happen a few working days after your interview.
